How can we help?
Answers for Neverhold TAP and the full Neverhold app. We’re a small indie team — real humans, founder-reviewed replies.
Contact cards haven’t been reinvented in decades. We’re changing that.
Fuller app: secretary family + TAP features.
Not sure? Start with TAP if you only exchange cards; use Neverhold help if you’re on the dialer/secretary APK. Browse all topics on Help.
How do I install?
APK now from the download hub. Google Play listings are publishing soon — we don’t use invite links for closed testing.
What gets shared in a TAP?
You choose which fields each time. Nothing leaves until you confirm. When you can’t meet face to face, remote share rebuilds the designed card on the other phone. You can share placeholder info for a field when you don’t want to give the real thing — still: you choose what goes out. TAP Privacy
What is TAP Medical ID / TAP Rescue?
Optional personal safety aid you control. Lock-screen responders can view fields you set. Not a medical device, not 911, not monitored, not sold or used for ads. TAP Terms · AUP · deeper: TAP help
Business pricing?
See in-app purchase screens and the download hub — we don’t publish prices or SLAs here.
Age?
18+ per Terms.
Wrong app / “Never Hold”?
We’re Neverhold at neverhold.co — not unrelated “Never Hold” hold-bot apps. Brand map
- Contacts: to read and organize your Æther by Neverhold contact cards.
- TAP asks for Bluetooth and Nearby devices permission. It's used only while you're sharing or receiving a card, and TAP doesn't use it to track your location or for ads. You can turn it off in your phone's settings, but in-person sharing may not work without it.
- Notifications: for TAP exchange status and sync updates.
- Battery optimization exclusion: to keep TAP responsive while your screen is off.
- Camera: to take or update a profile photo.
- Photo library / picker: to choose an existing photo for your card.
